Services
I offer trauma-informed somatic therapy for adults and neurodivergent clients seeking deeper, body-based healing. My work is grounded in nervous system awareness and focused on supporting safety, agency, and sustainable change. Rather than relying solely on insight or symptom management, somatic therapy attends to how stress and trauma live in the body, shaping patterns of emotion, relationship, and behavior.

Sessions are collaborative and paced to support regulation rather than overwhelm. Whether you are navigating longstanding trauma, chronic stress, or the cumulative effects of adapting to challenging environments, therapy offers space to slow down, listen to your system, and develop greater resilience, self-trust, and presence over time
How We'll Meet
Sessions are available both in person and via secure telehealth. Telehealth somatic therapy is equally effective as in-person work and offers a flexible, accessible option for trauma and nervous system healing, while maintaining the same level of attunement, safety, and clinical depth.

Sessions are offered in 60- or 90-minute formats, depending on your needs and capacity.

90-Minute Sessions
CLINICAL PREFERENCE
90-minute sessions provide extended time for deeper trauma and somatic work. My clinical preference—particularly when working with trauma and nervous system patterns—is to meet in this longer format. The additional time allows us to move at a slower, more regulated pace, establish and maintain safety, and attend carefully to nervous system responses without feeling rushed or needing to stop work prematurely. This often supports greater depth, continuity, and integration, allowing sessions to unfold in a way that is more supportive of lasting change.

60-Minute Sessions
60-minute sessions offer a focused space for ongoing therapy, check-ins, and supportive nervous system work. This length can be well-suited for clients who are early in the therapeutic process, navigating scheduling or capacity constraints, or engaging in therapy that benefits from a more contained structure.
Sessions are paced collaboratively, with attention to regulation, safety, and what feels manageable for your system on a given day

Areas of Focus
I work with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and sleep difficulties, as well as trauma-related concerns such as developmental and relational trauma, complex PTSD, dissociation, community trauma, and recovery from narcissistic, domestic, sexual, or emotional abuse. I also support clients navigating grief, divorce, relationship and attachment challenges, self-esteem, parenting concerns, and life transitions.

My practice includes support for individuals living with chronic illness, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and other stress-related health concerns, as well as those experiencing eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive patterns, self-harm, suicidal ideation, or spiritual concerns. I work with diverse identities and experiences, including LGBTQ+ clients and women navigating unique relational, cultural, and developmental stressors.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
I offer affirming, strength-based therapy for neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent identities. Neurodivergence is understood as a natural variation in nervous system organization—not something to be fixed. Therapy focuses on supporting regulation, capacity, and connection while honoring how your brain works and how it has adapted over time.

Together, we explore how neurodivergent traits interact with past coping strategies, relationships, and stress responses, and we develop practical tools that support daily life, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. The work is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to your sensory, cognitive, and relational needs.
